Segunyola 2018 is a blanc de blancs style Corpinnat made with 100% biodynamically grown Xarello, from 65 year old vines. Notes of quince and green apple, hints of grapefruit, toast and butter. The bubbles are fine and well integrated and the texture is creamy and soft.
