We are Rasmus & Jesper. Two indomitable Funen residents with a lifelong love for Catalonia, good ingredients and good taste. And we share the joy of bringing people together and celebrating all the small and small moments in life.

The foundation stone is laid
2022
Copenhagen Cava sees the light of day after a long and thorough preparation. The packaging for the monthly box landed and was the first physical proof that we were up and running.
The first agreement
2023
The first agreement is in place. The Pons family makes fantastic cava and we are proud to have a partnership that develops year after year, both professionally and personally.
Pop-Up
2024
Pop-up cava & tapas bar during the jazz festival in Copenhagen gave us the opportunity to live out a dream of presenting cava like in Catalonia - Together with super delicious Nordic tapas. Maybe one day we will have our own place..
