In the mouth a mild taste of aging, accompanied by a creamy and well-integrated bubble. The added expedition liqueur completes a unique and original bouquet. Pale yellow color with greenish reflections. In the nose, the fruity aromas also give way to aging notes. In the mouth, the white fruit, the light touch of toast and the delicate freshness emerge together with the creamy small bubbles that are so typical of Miquel.

1 x Núria Rosé Reserva Brut | Stored for 20 months.

Núria Rosé is made exclusively from the Trepat grape and designed to be enjoyed at any time. It is characterized by a harmonious crown and small, fine bubbles, where aromas of red fruits (currants, strawberries) combined with (brioche) stand out. In the mouth it is elegant and its bubbles form a creamy mousse, where the symphony of aromas of red fruits and brioche rounds it off beautifully.

1 x Montargull Gran Reserva Amb Suro Brut Nature | Stored for 48 months.

This Gran Reserva is made with grapes selected from the oldest and best vines (Macabeu (45%) | Xarello (45%) | Parellada (10%) and is only produced in 1,000 copies annually. The entire production process is manual, including stirring the bottle and even the 'disgorging' takes place without freezing the neck of the bottle, which is said to give each bottle of Montargull a unique and irrevocable personality. Aging on cork adds complexity and a light touch of tannins, wood and vanilla. Fine and fully integrated bubbles.

Selection of must from the best vintage, minimum aging of 42 months, characteristic bouquet of aged wine that gives it body, personality and elegance. The bubbles are fine and creamy and form a harmonious crown. On the nose, notes of toast and ripe fruit. On the palate, notes of toast, honey, brioche and apple compote stand out. Natural 'disgorging' without the addition of expedition liqueur. The aftertaste is long and delicate. A truly original cava.
