In this tasting box we have put together 6 fantastic Rosé cavas with very different starting points in terms of grape selection. Enjoy!

1 x Forns Raventós Rosat Brut Nature | Aged for 18 months. Forns Raventós Rosa Brut Nature is made exclusively from the Pinot Noir grape. It has a beautiful currant red color with light tones. Aromas of red fruits with roasted notes from the aging. On the palate it is extremely elegant, balanced and tasty with an acidity that gives a long finish full of nuances. Very fine, soft and persistent bubbles. Produced without sulfites. Only 2,800 bottles.

1 x Baldus Reserva Brut 'Pink Label' | Aged for 20 months. 'Pink Label' is made from the grapes Trepat (25%) | Pinot Noir (25%) | Grenache (50%). Delicious, soft rosé cava with subtle notes of red fruits, apple and pear. The color is Light apricot with a touch of copper. The Trepat grape gives the cava a Mediterranean touch with notes of thyme and pine needles. Lovely fresh in the mouth, delicious with sparkling bubbles, light mineral aftertaste that lingers on the back of the tongue. Tastes like a fresh summer day.

1 x Núria Rosé Reserva Brut | Aged for 20 months. Núria Rosé is made exclusively from the Trepat grape and designed to be enjoyed at any time. It is characterized by a harmonious crown and small fine bubbles, where aromas of red fruits (currants, strawberries) combined with (brioche) stand out. In the mouth it is elegant and its bubbles form a creamy mousse, where the symphony of aromas of red fruits and brioche rounds it off beautifully. An ideal modern cava to seduce you at any time.

1x Giennah Rosé Reserva Brut | Aged for 20 months. Giennah is an elegant light pink wine that seduces with its fruity character and refreshing acidity. On the nose: Clean aromas with hints of flowers and red fruits such as strawberries and raspberries. On the palate: Elegant texture with a long and balanced aftertaste and pleasant notes of roasted hazelnut.

1x U mes U Rara Avis Ardea Brut | Aged for 24 months. Organic rosé cava. Lovely full-bodied with a gentle mousse and a citrus-like acidity. On the nose, intense and elegant aromas of ripe white fruit and baked puff pastry. On the palate, it is complex and well-structured with notes of figs, royal jelly, roasted almonds and spices.
