This Gran Reserva is made with grapes selected from the oldest and best vines on the estate and only produced in 1,000 copies annually. The entire production process is manual, including stirring the bottle and even the 'disgorging' is done without freezing the neck of the bottle, which is said to give each bottle of Montargull a unique and irrevocable personality. Aged for at least 48 months on cork, which adds complexity and a light touch of tannins, wood and vanilla. Fine and fully integrated bubbles.
