Forns Raventos Nodal Reserva Brut Nature is a serious organic cava. In the glass a clean and light color with golden tones, fine and persistent bubbles. The nose smells discreetly of hazelnuts and melon. The mouth is dry and complex with a hint of petroleum notes like ripe Riesling. Good acidity and a small phenolic bite at the end. Not a pleaser bubble for a wedding reception, more of a food wine for, for example, aged and creamy cheeses, preferably with a rim. Produced without sulfites. Only 4,300 bottles annually.
