"Albirero" Brut
Organic straw yellow cava with golden hues. Fruity and straightforward on the nose, with lively aromas of ripe white pears and Golden Delicious apples, and hints of citrus and herbs. Crisp, precise and full-bodied on the palate, with a good core, excellent mineral undertones, a frothy mousse and lovely length and an impeccably balanced finish.

Montargull Barrica - Gran Reserva Brut Nature
Montargull Barrica is made from grapes selected from the oldest and best vines on the property. 20% of the Xarello base wine has fermented and aged in new oak barrels. The process gives the cava a permanent and creamy bubble. The wine is also disgorged without freezing the bottle neck. In the nose fruity with notes of baked quince and apple, vanilla, smoke and flint. In the mouth it is juicy, mineral and with a long and elegant aftertaste.

Nodal - Gran Reserva Brut Nature
Forns Raventos Nodal Reserva Brut Nature is a serious organic cava. In the glass, a clear and light color with golden tones, fine and persistent bubbles. The nose smells discreetly of hazelnuts and melon. The mouth is dry and complex with a hint of petroleum notes like ripe Riesling. Good acidity and a slight phenolic bite at the end. Not a pleaser bubble for a wedding reception, more of a food wine for e.g. aged and creamy cheeses, preferably with a rim. Produced without sulfites. Only 4,300 bottles annually.

Deneb - Brut Nature
Organic cava. Aged in cork which allows micro-oxygenation which gives a unique personality. In the nose intense aromas of white fruit and hints of nuts and ripe hard cheese. In the mouth it is robust and at the same time fresh, with mineral notes. Fine and slightly spicy. Perfectly balanced acidity that flows beautifully into a short, fresh finish. No added sulphites.

Rara Avis - Ardea Brut
Organic rosé cava. Lovely full-bodied with a gentle mousse and a citrus-like acidity. On the nose, intense and elegant aromas of ripe white fruit and baked puff pastry. On the palate, it is complex and well-structured with notes of figs, royal jelly, roasted almonds and spices.
