Light color with red reflections from the Pinot Noir grape ( Pinot Noir (100%)) . Small and well-integrated bubbles, balanced aromas of blackcurrant, strawberry, red currant and raspberry, deliciously creamy in the mouth and long on the palate. Produced without sulfites. Only 2,300 bottles annually.

Forns Raventos Nodal Reserva Brut Nature Macabeu (30%) | Pinot noir (10%) | Xarello (60%) is a serious organic cava. In the glass a clean and light color with golden tones, fine and persistent bubbles. The nose smells discreetly of hazelnuts and melon. The mouth is dry and complex with a hint of petroleum notes like ripe Riesling. Good acidity and a small phenolic bite at the end. Not a pleaser bubble for a wedding reception, more of a food wine for, for example, aged and creamy cheeses, preferably with a rim. Produced without sulfites. Only 4,300 bottles annually.

Segunyola 2018 is a blanc de blancs style corpinat made from 100% biodynamically grown Xarello, from 65 year old vines. Notes of quince and green apple, hints of grapefruit, toast and butter. The bubbles are fine and well integrated and the texture is creamy and soft.

Made from a rigorous selection and blend of grape varieties grown exclusively on the Can Feixes estate and exquisitely crafted to highlight the unique finesse, subtlety and elegance that the famous “cavas” from Can Feixes develop after many years of bottle aging. Was a regular on the wine list of the world’s best restaurant “El Bulli” until it closed.

Selection of must from the best vintage, minimum aging of 42 months, characteristic bouquet of aged wine that gives it body, personality and elegance. The bubbles are fine and creamy and form a harmonious crown. On the nose, notes of toast and ripe fruit. On the palate, notes of toast, honey, brioche and apple compote stand out. 1 x Montargull Barrica Gran Reserva Brut Nature | Stored for 40 months.
Montargull Barrica is made from grapes selected from the oldest and best vines on the estate. 20% of the Xarello base wine has fermented and aged in new oak barrels. The process gives the cava a permanent and creamy bubble. The wine is also disgorged without freezing the bottle neck. In the nose fruity with notes of baked quince and apple, vanilla, smoke and flint. In the mouth it is juicy, mineral and with a long and elegant aftertaste.
