The wine is made from Macabeu (26%), Parellada (50%) and Pinot Noir (24%) and is aged for a full 84 months. The wine is distinguished by its exceptional finesse, subtlety and elegance. It was a regular part of the wine list of the world's best restaurant "El Bulli" until it closed. Great wine for an aperitif with or without oysters, fish soup, lobster bisque, mushroom risotto, grilled fish or pink meat

This is the cava that is perfectly matched to the wreath cake or to toast the New Year with at midnight. Made from Macabeu (40%), Xarello (55%) and Parellada (5%). Aged for 18 months.
