Brut Reserva is an organic cava made from the classic grapes but with the addition of Chardonnay. It has a light straw yellow color, with slightly greenish nuances. Fine small bubbles with crown formation. Clean, fresh and fruity aroma, with a touch of acidity and a good balance. Smooth and in the mouth with a long aftertaste.
